1. Acceptance of Terms

You may only create one Account per person. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilID, or other valid ID);

• Selfie photograph holding your identification document for facial verification;
• Additional documentation as required for enhanced due diligence or regulatory compliance.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. All documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the document.

3.3 Age Verification

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account with 1234jl. We employ age verification measures and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all wagers voided, and funds confiscated in accordance with responsible gaming regulations.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. All activities conducted through your Account are your responsibility, regardless of whether they were authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify 1234jl of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

You must not allow any other person to access your Account or use 1234jl services through your credentials. Account sharing, selling, or transferring accounts to third parties is strictly prohibited. You must not use VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions unless expressly permitted by 1234jl.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

1234jl accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency, and Coins.ph. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) or cryptocurrency equivalent. Minimum deposit amounts apply as specified in the cashier section. 1234jl does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to Account verification completion. 9. Limitation of Liability

1234jl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if 1234jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your Account in the six months preceding the claim.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

1234jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time if:
